Purchasing, insurance, raffle and giving out prizes are fully implemented by PaperDog Marketing inc.

Participation in advertising games can be accepted by citizens of Canada, as well as individuals permanently residing in Canada, who have fulfilled the conditions for participation in the advertising game.
In the advertising game, persons who are in labor relations with its organizer, as well as their spouse (s), close relatives and persons who are with such persons in property relations are not eligible to participate.
